Country View Veterinary Hospital is located at 582 W. Pacific Drive in American Fork.  Pacific Drive is approximately 100 North.  We're located on the Northwest side of American Fork at the corner of Pacific Drive and State Street.

Monday-Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Saturday:  8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
